How We Get Paid

Washsole Plumbing may be paid by providers or marketing partners for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. Payment can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand Alone

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Washsole Plumbing. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, pricing and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, permits, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves toward you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement or a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are participating in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You are never required to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.
